Robert Zimmerman's newest book, "The Universe in a Mirror: the Saga of the Hubble Space Telescope and the Visionaries Who Built It" (Princeton University Press) tells the sometimes heartbreaking story of the men and women who conceived, designed, built, screwed up, fixed, and then used the Hubble Space Telescope.
